(I probably have some details wrong but you get it). Then it hit me, oh when it's lit up like gray, it's showing a "bad" connection. Why are there three options? I didn't know which color was the right one until I had finished the puzzle and nothing happened. But there is also a neutral border where nothing is lit up. ![]() Two that I remember being very confused by are the battery puzzle (in the stone fountain next to the burned down house) from GTH and the puzzle with the different shapes and layers of transparency in SEA.įor the battery puzzle ( ), you get two different indicators - I think the border of each piece lights up red if "good" or gray if "bad" - when you make certain connections between the batteries. I'm a fan of tough puzzles, but sometimes they're unintentionally confusing to the player. Anytime I have to look up a walkthrough because I can't figure out to even do the puzzle, that problem shouldn't have existed in the first place. Sometimes this is just due to poor design. ![]()
